Nuz Shugaa has a client list which reads like the guest list to the Oscars, and when Nuz invited us over to sample one of her express facials we couldn’t refuse. Nuz’s express facial for men is designed with the 21st century man in mind and has convenience at its very heart. Nuz is one of the most experienced facialists around and she recognises that everybody’s skin it totally exclusive in terms of requirements. For this reason Nuz uses her expertise to create custom formula’s during the treatment to address your skin appropriately and target particular issues with relevant natural products including Shea Butter, Argon Oil and many more.

Nuz Shugaa operates 3 times per week out of The Beauty Lounge, Kingly Court, London. I took an hour out of my day to experience Nuz’s expertise first hand and to find out a little bit more about the life of a celebrity facialist.

Okay, I’m lay on the table and my face is being cleansed by hands which have treated Robert Downey Jnr, taken care of the artists back stage at the MOBO’s and tended to actors on film sets worldwide. It doesn’t get much better….

With each stroke, Nuz identifies the areas of my face which need a little T.L.C. and works on them accordingly. “The key to success here is using natural products and applying them correctly” says the celebrity facialist, “it’s all in the massage.”

30 minutes later I’m feeling totally refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of a busy day. Nuz introduces me to a new collection, Energys, which she swears by. Totally overwhelmed by this expert knowledge, I’m so in on it. Energys is my new collection to put to the test.
