I have a particularly heavy beard growth so after allowing 3 days growth and resembling something from a stone-age yesteryear I decided to tackle my beard growth whilst showering. As mentioned the shaver can be used in wet or dry conditions as the trimmer is waterproof. I found that on full charge the shaver felt very powerful and immediately made an impression on my heavy stubble. The shaver is user friendly, comfortable to hold and gave me a clean, thorough shave.

The precision trimmer is available at the click of a switch and very effective for getting at hard to reach areas and trimming the side burns or moustache. The shaver is fully rechargeable and once charged lasts approximately 45 minutes, a quick 5 minute charge gives one decent shave if in a hurry. A useful LED display shows low charge and battery display. Other useful features include a smart protective travel pouch, cleaning brush and sockets/cord required for charging. Although this is quite an expensive outlay initially this really is one of the market leaders.

In summary the Braun Series 3-340 gives a superb close shave without irritating the skin and causing dryness. Its quick and effective, just what we all need in the morning.
